How To Enable Bi-Directional Real-time Sync in QB Sync Made Easy?

One of the significant features of the QB Sync Made Easy app is its bidirectional sync which enables you to sync data back with Salesforce with just a click of a button.

Let’s walk you through the steps to enable the bi-directional sync in the app. Here we go!

In the last step of the set of the app, you can see the Bi-directional company setup functionality

Now, Click on the bi-directional company set-up tab. 

Log in to the same Salesforce Account that you want to connect to.

Here you must log in to the Salesforce Account, and then the message will pop up that the company has been successfully connected. 

Now click on the Click Here to Proceed Button

Next, Go to Objects and Field setup and then configure the QuickBooks online to Salesforce mapping as per the need, then click on Save All.

Now create a Record in the Quickbook and then check in Salesforce whether you can see the record in Salesforce.

Here, to send data back into Salesforce, click on the Sync to Quickbooks button.

Now you should be able to sync your data from QuickBooks customer to Salesforce’s account and vice-versa. 

Please ensure to map the fields in the object and field setup e.g.: Product-Item or Opportunity-Estimate, every time you want to send data back to Salesforce.
