Known Issue:

In the earlier version of QB Sync Made Easy, there were unexpected crashes and errors at the time of data syncing with Ref. values. 

Resolved:

In the earlier version of QB Sync Made Easy, there were unexpected crashes and errors at the time of data syncing with Ref. values. 

Known Issue:
In the previous version, if any field was left blank, it was not updated in Salesforce due to a QB API limitation, causing incorrect user data.
Resolved:

We have resolved this issue, and now, there will be accurate synchronization between both platforms.

Known Issue:
Previously, changes made to a QuickBooks entity would sync with Salesforce, but updates to related entities were not captured.
Resolved:
The issue has been resolved now, ensuring that all related changes in QuickBooks are accurately synced to Salesforce. It guarantees data consistency across both platforms.

Major Enhancements

Direct support access from the setup page

The newest update to QB Sync Made Easy allows users to connect with support directly from the setup page, simplifying the process of getting help.

Introduced the new “InvoiceRef” fields

In the latest version of QB Sync Made Easy, we have integrated the new “InvoiceRef” field on the QuickBooks Payment entity. It results in enhanced payment synchronization at the invoice level for more accurate data management.

Product Enhancements

We will continue to monitor the integration closely to ensure the continued stability and efficiency of the synchronization process. Additionally, we are actively working on further enhancements to the application to provide an even more seamless and reliable experience for our users.
